Yes the word « Frexit » exists and is out on election posters in Marseille. Viewed as a fringe option at the moment but the same was said about Brexit before the word became pervasive in English political discourse.
More generally, the posters for the elections to the European Parliament are now displayed on boards provided for the purpose outside town halls (Mairies) and schools. The graphic design and typography are interesting, even without understanding the specific political rhetoric. Also intriguing to an outsider (my vote is in the UK) is how the various posters survive, or not, with many being defaced, stickered or over-posted.
