Dawn at the péage at La Ciotat, on my way to St. Tropez. A bit of sport on the road through the Forêt des Maures, the sunlight streaming through the cork oak trees. A stop to buy artisan croissants at the boulangerie in the village of La Môle.

A bit of sport with a GSXR1000 on the way back on that road through the Forêt des Maures, the rider was wearing chef’s trousers so I imagine he was on his way to work. Then the municipal flowers and palm trees of Hyères, heavy traffic in the heat of Toulon, and back to Marseille for a sieste and to avoid the heat of the afternoon.
