Worrying geometric dissonances at Regents University, London, the venue for the RPS Contemporary Group AGM
Regents University in London was the venue for the RPS Contemporary Group AGM. The window shadow on the lecture room whiteboard is typical of a building of strange, worrying, geometric dissonances in the supposedly “mellow” Queen Anne style building of architect Basil Champneys. The topiary and the centrepiece sculpture in the quad echoes the historic astronomical observatory on the roof of one of the buildings.
Great to put faces to names at last and also to enjoy Paola Leondardi's pictures and talk.
