Sub-tropical flowers facing the Atlantic blooming in January. Funchal Lido is the tourist zone of Funchal - many of the big hotels are in this area. The city has landscaped a garden on the cliff which faces the Atlantic, it’s stocked with a variety flowering trees and shrubs which have reached maturity. It’s possible to enjoy the flowers in the trees because the paths range along the cliff at different heights. Sub-tropical flowers facing the Atlantic blooming in January.
